On the road again. We really hate to be on the road again...
We made it to Columbia, South Carolina, today.
We are driving home a different route than we took down. We took 75 down, through Kentucky, Tennessee, and Georgia. We're going home up 95, through Georgia and South Carolina, then 77 through North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Anyway, it was neat to see new things. We've been up and down 75 so often it's become rather boring. New sights were very welcome. However, it also poured rain and traffic was almost completely stopped because of an "incident." Thankfully, Mike had his Crackberry, so he was able to locate an alternate route.
But, we finally got to stop for the night. We had a good supper (IHOP. Kids eat free 4-10 through August), the kids go to swim, and the beds are comfy.
Only one more day to go.
