Of course, it was when her daddy wasn't home. He was on his way, but wasn't yet here.
She sounded much better today. There was still weepiness at the end, but not throughout the conversation, as there was last time. She told me about their gorge walking experience ("We didn't actually walk beside the river, we walked in the river."), not finding Nessie at Loch Ness, and the seeds she got for her Grandma Hart. I think she was most pleased about that.
It was so good to hear her voice. I can't wait to see her.
