The Beginning

Hi,

I am just starting this. I hope this works well for us.

This blog is intended to be our public diary of our journey to get Grace, our newest daughter. God has given us this gift, and as in all things, patience is critical. You are welcome to read of our adventures, and comment as you see fit.

We pray that as you read this blog, you will receive at least a portion of the blessing we have. For it is only by God that we've made it this far.

25. Yes, we had to pay for it.
26. I thought I wanted to be a teacher when I grew up.
27. I was wrong.
28. We homeschool.
29. I like to drink Coke and sweet tea.
30. I think if you can't crunch the sugar in your tea, it's not sweet enough.
31. All our children's middle names begin with the letter 'E. '
32. We are big sci-fi nerds.
33. We own all the Star Trek movies.
34. And the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
35. And every season of Stargate: SG1 and Atlantis.
36. I read the Harry Potter books.
37. Mike and Miracle have read them also.
38. We also watched the movies.
39. Sam obsessed with video games.
40. He is a video game junkie.
41. Grace's favorite things are dance and art.
42. She thinks she wants to be an artist, or maybe teach dance.
43. They watch Monsters versus Aliens almost every day.
44. And Teen Titans Go!
45. I'd rather watch Blue Bloods or Supernatural.

93. She likes to read the yelling parts.
94. Miracle read both series when she was little.
95. I hate to dust.
96. Mike hates to do yard work.
97. Our house is usually messy.
98. Our yard usually needs mowed.
99. But that's okay.
100. We don't care.
